In my senior year of high school there was a science fair. I had this great idea for a project that was shot out of the water immediately for the reasons of participation and ethics. It was not felt that I could get a test subject and that if I did it would be unethical to actually perform the study. Here was the question that I hoped to have answered.
If a man were to urinate on an electrical fence, what would happen?
Hypothesis: The electrical shock would travel up the stream of urine causing a contraction of the muscles and stopping urination.
I would love to hear your opinions, second hand stories, and personal nightmares.

I think they cover this very question on an episode of Discovery Channel's show Mythbusters. Check it out for the result. :)
They checked to see if it would cause a shock. I want to know if the shock is enough to contract the muscles and cause urination to stop.
