POM Tea

This weekend, while shopping at Wal-Mart, I decided to try something new.  We were getting a salad in a bag and right next to the salads was a group of uniquely shaped bottles.  They contained POM Tea.

I am usually a hot tea drinker.  Being from the south I have also had my fair shares of ice tea and fruit teas.  Looking at the nutritional content, I confirmed that it was in fact not bad for you.  It was only a dollar something and I thought, why not.

I picked the Blackberry Pomegranate and drank it when I got home.  I shared, and everyone in the family got a few sips with Ally (3 years old) taking the last quarter of the glass.  Yes, glass.  The bottle the Tea comes in isn’t really a bottle; it is a glass.  It is a very nice glass.  I will buy at least five more bottles so I can have a set, and maybe more in case of breaks.

Overall, the tea tastes great and the glass is worth the cost of the drink.

I love the idea of glasses but cold tea is just wrong.

I would normally agree, except for super sweet southern ice tea. This tea was strangely refreshing
Are you an Earl Grey lass or do you prefer herbal blends. Silly question, you either drink Earl Grey or Black.

That's really cool - those glasses rock (plus I love POM. I love Tea. It's a win/win situation!) I need to keep an eyeball out for that. Thanks for the heads up!

I agree. I'd not seen it before and tried it last night. It's a good tasting iced tea. It's not too sweet and you can definitely taste the tea. It's a winner.
