I was watching “Death of the Incredible Hulk” yesterday and heard this awesome line referring to bio-engineering the perfect soldier. “The perfect soldier is a soldier that spends all day fishing because there are no wars to fight.” I like that. I guess that would be the ideal perfect soldier.
